Paul V. McCarten
Paul McCarten is a personal injury attorney dedicated to protecting accident victims’ rights. With more than 40 years of trial experience, Paul has represented thousands of clients in accident cases. He regularly deals with insurance companies to ensure that his clients are fairly compensated for their injuries. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for many years, an honor that only 5% of Minnesota attorneys receive annually. He is also AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Paul works with lake associations facing environmental challenges. He also represents non-profit corporations in their business dealings.
Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a lifelong resident of Alexandria and enjoys giving back to his community. He is a member of St. Mary’s Parish.
